Refund policy
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact Detroit Ukulele Co. to return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days. This does not include customized ukuleles - there are no refunds unless damaged in shipping.
Items must be returned in the original box and packaging with no signs of use or wear. Buyer needs to pay for shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Estimated cost of return is $12.00 for Ukuleles, and $5.00 for clothing and accessories. Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking/handling fee.
